What happens if I do not pass, can I take again?
	The aim of the courses is not to fail, you can retake each online test up to three times every 48 hour period. This will ensure that if you need to refresh yourself on the course you have ample time to do so.
	When do I receive my certificates?
	The certificates are sent to you within a week of you requesting them, please note how ever that the certificates are sent all together with respect to how many courses you signed up for. For the initial subscription of 15 hours all these are sent in one go, for each additional hours subscribed (5hrs, 10hrs, 15hrs) these are also sent in one go.
	How often are new courses available?
	We are looking to add new courses every 6 weeks. However depending on demand we will be able to put on more popular courses and topics earlier. To request a certain course topic please contact us.
	I do not have a credit card how can I pay?

	How can I watch the educational material?
	The courses that we send out to you are able to be viewed on all computers that have a CD ROM and also on all DVD/VCD players.
